By participating in the Stop Chasing & Start Listening Podcast giveaway, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: The giveaway will be a property in turnkey position with a tenant in place with a minimum of $300 a month cashflow. The rental property will be assigned to the winner on terms from a 3rd party through an agreement for deed. Down payment will be paid by our sponsor The Investors Circle which will range from $2,500-$5,000. A good tenant will be placed and rent ready to be collected by the winner. There will be a mortgage through owner financing with interest, utilities, tax and insurance for the winner to pay. The winner will own the property and be responsible to pay for and maintain.

1. Entry: To enter the giveaway, participants must be 18 or older, subscribe to our podcast on Spotify or Apple, leave a review, download episodes and fill out the form on Stopchasingstartlistening.com or Click Here. Please upload your review on the entry form. Every episode download equals 1 entry and there is no limit on entry downloads.  👨

2. By entering this giveaway, you consent to being contacted via phone or email by Stop Chasing Start Listening Podcast and/or its sponsor(s) for any reason related to the contest or otherwise. You also accept any charges that may incur from your provider for sms, mms or calls.

3. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winner will be chosen on a live podcast episode.

4. Prize: The prize for the giveaway is an already set up rental property chosen by The Investors Circle, for which we will pay the down payment on terms and place a tenant with the property cash-flowing at least $300 a month. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes.

5. Notification: The potential winner will be notified via Phone call within 5 days of the giveaway closing date. The winner must respond to the notification within 2 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified time frame, a new winner may be selected.

6. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Stop Chasing & Start Listening to use their name, likeness, and/or voice for promotional purposes related to the giveaway, including announcing the winner on our podcast and social media channels.

7. Release: By participating in the giveaway, entrants release Stop Chasing & Start Listening and its affiliates, partners, employees, sponsors and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to the giveaway, including but not limited to claims related to the receipt or use of the prize.

8. Governing Law: The giveaway is governed by the laws of New York.

9.
